Welcome to Unlock! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain how we provide our auto locksmith services and how you agree to use them. By booking a service, using our website, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Services

Unlock provides mobile auto locksmith services, including emergency lockouts, key cutting, key programming, and related automotive lock solutions.
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and come to your location to assist you.

 

2. Bookings and Payments

  • You can                       through our website or                     directly by phone.

  • We accept online payments via our secure payment platform as well as in-person payments by bank transfer or cash.

  • Prices may vary depending on location, time, and type of service.

  • Deposit is required upon booking, Outstanding balance is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You can re-arrange a booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled service.

  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment or after we’ve been dispatched may incur a call-out fee.

  • Deposits will be held if bookings are cancelled and not re-arranged.

4. Service Limitations

  • We always do our best to provide prompt and professional service, but response times may vary depending on location and demand.

  • Unlock is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  •  By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that Unlock is not liable for incidental damage unless due to proven negligence.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must be the vehicle owner or have legal permission to request locksmith services.

  • You agree to provide accurate information when booking, including vehicle make, model, and location.

  • Unlock reserves the right to refuse service if we suspect unauthorized access or unsafe conditions.

 

6. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide (such as your name, phone number, or payment details) is used solely for booking and completing your service.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties, except as required for payment processing or by law.

7. Liability

Unlock will always take care to perform work safely and correctly. However, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses (e.g., missed appointments or travel delays)

  • Damage resulting from pre-existing issues with locks or keys

  • Any loss beyond the cost of the service provided
